Subject: Question Board to answer written and oral.
Ai sensi dell’ articolo 43 comma 3 del TUEL ( D.lgs. 18 Agosto 2000, n 267)
Per sapere, visto che:
il Dlgs 165/01 recante “Norme generali sull'ordinamento del lavoro alle dipendenze delle amministrazioni pubbliche”, dispone – tra le altre cose- che le amministrazioni pubbliche debbono comunicare, all’ Anagrafe delle Prestazioni, l’ elenco delle consulenze e di collaborazioni esterne;
all’ art. 53 del citato Dlgs, è altresì precisato che le amministrazioni pubbliche che omettono gli adempimenti , non possono conferire altri incarichi e consulenze esterne fino a quando non regolano la loro situazione;
