Si interroga la S.V., ancora una volta su questo argomento, per sapere le motivazioni per cui il semaforo è – di nuovo- fuori uso; per sapere se l’ amministrazione comunale intende farne ripristinare la funzionalità; per sapere, in caso affermativo, i tempi in cui questo avverrà; per sapere se sarà una misura – nuovamente- temporanea e quindi inutile o continuativa nel tempo.
